Light-Aroma Baijiu
Part 2 of the national standard Quality Requirements for Baijiu covers light-aroma baijiu and took effect in February 2023.

The national standard page on the national standards information platform shows that Quality Requirements for Baijiu, Part 2: Light-Aroma Baijiu is in force. It was issued on 11 July 2022, took effect on 1 February 2023, and fully replaces the 2006 edition. The page names the National Technical Committee on Baijiu Standardization as its responsible body and the China National Light Industry Council as the supervising department.
