What muzi.com and our YouTube tools collect, how it is used, and how to reach us.

Muzi Chinese Matrix (muzi.com) is run by GreenCaddy, a team of independent volunteers. This policy explains what information the website and our YouTube channel tools handle, and why.
What we collect
Visiting the site. You can read muzi.com without an account. The site has no advertising, analytics or tracking scripts and sets no tracking cookies. Our host, Google Firebase Hosting, records standard request logs: IP address, approximate city and country, browser user agent, referring page, the page requested and the time. We use these logs only to count visits, understand which pages are read, and keep the site secure. We keep them for up to 12 months and then delete them.
Settings stored in your browser. The site saves a few settings in your browser's local storage, such as navigation mode, map colours, reader layout and game scores you play without signing in. These stay on your device, and you can clear them at any time in your browser.
Optional sign-in. You can sign in with Google to keep favourites, game records and votes. We then store your Google display name, email address and profile photo link, a nickname if you choose one, and your favourites, game records, votes and sign-in times. If you choose a nickname, it is visible to other signed-in users and may appear on public rankings. We never see your Google password.
Contact. If you email us, we use your message only to reply.
How we use it
We use this information only to run muzi.com, keep your account features working, produce aggregate visit statistics and protect the site. We do not sell, rent or share personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Service providers
The site is hosted on Google Firebase (Hosting, Authentication and Firestore), and sign-in is handled by Google. Google processes this data on our behalf under its own terms: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Our YouTube tools
The Muzicom Media YouTube channel (@MuzicomMedia) is managed with our own tool, which uses YouTube API Services to upload and update videos on that channel only. It reads no data from viewers' accounts. Its access token is stored only on the operator's computer and is never shared. Our use of information from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Our YouTube channel is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms); Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) applies to YouTube.
Your choices
You can use the site without signing in, clear its browser storage at any time, and sign out at any time. To see, correct or delete your account data, email caddy@muzi.com. We will act within 30 days.
Children
muzi.com is a general learning site. Children should sign in only with a parent's or guardian's permission.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update it here and change the effective date.
