Mini-Go
GE2Capture territory with black and white stones.
Rules of Mini-Go
- Black moves first. Players alternate placing stones on the 9×9 board.
- A group of connected stones is captured when it has no liberties (empty adjacent intersections).
- You cannot place a stone that has no liberties unless it captures opposing stones.
- The player with more territory wins.
How scoring works
Your points come from the final board result. A larger winning lead gives more points.
Harder difficulties give more points: Easy is the base score, Medium adds a modest boost, Hard adds a larger boost, and Diabolical gives the largest boost.
If a round ends without a win, it still gives a small share of the round score. Every finished round adds to your carried total.
