Coins & Currency

On a cliff terrace above a misty gorge, a wooden table holds round coins with square holes, a stack of cash coins and a ring-headed knife coin, beside a stone mould cut with coin and knife-shaped cavities and a string-tied bundle of paper, while bronze cauldrons loom in the haze. Coins, mould and paper evoke the long history of money in circulation.
